Monday:
Ian worked on AWANA verses and his new unit verse along with taking a math quiz and getting an excellent grade, and also doing some great reading with blends!
The girls had a busy day! Here is a snapshot of some work in math, working on helping verbs in language, learning about the Germanic tribes that invaded Rome in history, and then researching about and making a Viking brooch for part of history.
Tuesday:
Today is our co op day so we spent the first part of our morning in our co op classes. When we got home Ian read a story in his AAR book two. The girls had to practice piano and also did a language lesson and a lesson in writing that included some brainstorming.
Ian had a guest speaker in his co op class today!!
Ian had a good day! We read a story in his AAR reader, did some math, and leaned about Henry Spelman in history and how he leaned to hint and fish from the Indians.
The girls did some science reading and a notebook page in a new study about coral reefs. They worked on verb tenses in language, published a paragraph, did a math lesson, and more today!!
Thursday:
Ian worked hard on his math and reading today!
Friday:
Ian did a lot of writing today and did great!
