This week Paul has gone back to work and the girls have gone to the sitters. I am much better but I can't lift them or get to them fast enough just yet, plus I want to get Ian into a good routine. He is such a good baby! He rarely cries and he can already sleep 4-5 hour stretches at night! How lucky am I? He wants to eat all the time and he loves to sleep on his mommy, so we have had some great mommy son bonding naps! I think Daddy is a little jealous.
The girls are crazy about him and can't get enough. They have even asked for another baby? I hate to break it to them but there will be no more babies or at least real ones. Tomorrow I am keeping the girls home with Ian and I while Paul does just half a day. Ian has a check up and then we have pictures. Can you believe my son is 2 weeks old and we do not have one picture of the five of us! We have been so busy and most of our pictures are of either Ian or Ian and the girls. I do have some of the two of us but none of the new VanEvera family. I hope to get just one tomorrow plus a good one of all three of my precious angels! I am so glad things are getting back to normal around here, or at least our definition of normal!
