Water, Whatever, and Waiting

Paul is officially out for summer break!!! Plus, when you start the week of with a holiday it really makes the rest of the week happy and seem to just fly by. We had a cookout and played in the water at my parents house.  My whole family got in on some good water gun action and the kids had a fun time in the little pool, sprinkler, and slip in slide. The girls decided to stay the night so Paul and I took Ian home.  It was nice to have just one child but weird at the same time. We got alot of errands and cleaning done and Ian got to have some daddy time.

This week also brought on a little of this and a little of that, just a lot of whatever we felt like doing. I got alot of running done this week a little over 27 miles! I do have to get up early to beat the heat but it is worth it. I love my early morning alone time. We also got out library schedule for the summer and registered for all of the free and discount summer activities all over town.

Ian had to go to the doctor and we found out that he had an double ear infection :( Poor baby but now with his meds he is doing much better and has a check up this week. Ally has an appoint to get her eyes checked because she had a weak eye at her check up. She is pretty pumped about the possibility of getting glasses because they are fashionable and cute! Audrey has been very good the last week, listening and obeying :) She is ready for vacation.

Now we are just waiting and prepping for our trip! Lots to do to get ready this week and then we are off on our family summer vacation!
