We have finally started a somewhat normal week!! Last week was busy but we got a lot done. We buckled down and finished up unit 26 this week in both guides!

Monday:

Ian did well on his reading and math today. He enjoyed watching Liberty's Kids episodes about the Declaration of Indendence!

The girls did some writing along with math and Geoffrey as we learned more about the crusades.

Tuesday:

Today was co op and piano day! Yay!

Wednesday:

Ian read another story in his AAR reader and did very good! We did some writing and some math along with learning about Washington crossing the Delaware. It was fun to act out!

The girls had a light day as they finished up day 3 of the unit. They had some workbook pages for reading and made a science notebook page. They also had some math and language along with dictation.

Thursday:

Ian did well on reading but his math quiz was a little tough. He did. It follow directions. We took a break to play some tic tax toe! I really enjoyed his sentence!!

The girls are enjoying their lap desks! It was a Christmas gift. They did some math, history, and written narration today.

Friday:
We spent most of the day watching the Presidential Inauguration. It was our tea time for today as well as our springboard for journal writing and our history lesson. Ian also had some reading and writing to work on as well as a math lesson.

The girls did their journals today and a science experiment. Next week we will pick up to full speed in both  of our guides!
