This week was pretty low key and uneventful. The girls will be starting soccer this week so we have been getting them all ready to play. We still have to pick up their uniform shirts and buy some black shorts and then pick up snacks for the team but oh we are so lucking forward to it. Tuesday will be their first practice and I cannot wait to see my babies out their playing soccer and making new friends and memories while their Daddy coaches. We found out the team is made up of boys and girls so that should be fun seeing Ally play with boys for Audrey is should be a perfect fit. I cannot wait for the first game next week, look for lots of posts and pictures. I think another fun part of the girls playing soccer will be keeping Ian busy and off the field during game time!
It has been really hard getting my blog posts in on Sunday evenings after getting in late from church, getting the kids to bed so they can get up for school, and then getting everything else ready to start off the week.
My Sunday night routine consists of the following:
Getting my clothes and clothes for the kids laid out.
Unpacking the kids Sunday bag we take to my mom's and then getting ready for the next week
Breakfast dishes on the table ready to go
Laying out stuff for my babies coming over
Laundry washed and in the dryer
School plans and materials on the table and ready
Filling out all three kids journals and then writing our weekly blog
Making sure lunch and dinner for Monday are thawed and ready to cook
That makes me tired just reading! I am working hard on spreading out my weekend work load so it does not pile up on me on Sunday. We will see how this goes! I am a routine junkie and I hate breaking my routine so this should be fun to see if my OCD can handle switching things up!
