It's birthday week!!! The girls will have Friday off for sure since it is their birthday so they are working hard to get done, as always.
We are working on reviewing addition and subtraction as well as ordinal numbers. They both have to stop and READ the directions!!! You can tell the end of school is in sight!
They read If you Give a Mouse and Cookie as we are working on cause and effect relationships this week. They love those books and I do too! Even though we did a unit over the book last year, they still love it.
We read about being fishers of men in our bible readers and are working on memorizing the last 7 books of the Old Testament and our last verse for AWANA this year! It is some exciting stuff to be finishing up early in April!!
Our beans have not grown yet so for science we talked about why we think that is and the girls were right on..the weather was not sunny and their plants are not high enough in the window!! So we planted some more and are waiting for them to sprout so we can then plant them in the yard!
The girls did their art lessons today and are working on drawing hot dog people! I love it and they are so cute!! Even Ian tried to make some people!!
The weather is actually nice today so the kids are all outside enjoying God's world and just being kids!!
